UQD02 316 stainless steel liquid cooling coupling

The UQD02 are OCP‑standard liquid cooling quick‑disconnect couplings engineered for high‑density data center, AI server, and HPC thermal management systems. Manufactured from 316L stainless steel, they fully comply with the Open Compute Project (OCP) Universal Quick Disconnect specification and are designed to be mechanically and dimensionally interchangeable with all OCP‑compliant products,
The flat‑face design with dual internal shut‑off valves ensures a leak‑tight seal in both connected and disconnected states. Single‑cycle spillage is as low as 0.01 ml (UQD02) and 0.02 ml (UQD04), enabling safe hot‑swapping without system shutdown. This reliability is critical for 24/7 data center operations, where even minor coolant loss can lead to costly downtime or hardware damage.
