What is a cage nut?

CN (CNS) series cage nuts have high-strength thread fastening. Use special tools to put them into pre-drilled square holes, and then pull out the tools to fix them on metal or other plates. They are quick and convenient to install. They can be disassembled and repositioned, and can also be tilted and fixed. Cage nuts are also called square hole cage nuts, and some people call them floating nuts. They are just different names, but they are a special kind of nut. Its shape is a square nut in a square grid. The square nut is a through hole with threaded threads.
