Abstract
C3604 brass is a copper-zinc alloy, also known as free-cutting brass. It is a member of the Cu-Zn alloy family and contains 61%-68% copper (Cu) and 39%-32% zinc (Zn), including a small amount of lead (Pb) to improve its processability.
Features:
Good processing performance: C3604 brass has good machinability, suitable for CNC turning, drilling, milling and other mechanical processing methods.
High strength: C3604 brass has high strength, suitable for the manufacture of parts that need to bear a certain amount of stress and load.
Good corrosion resistance: C3604 brass has good corrosion resistance to most corrosive media, suitable for manufacturing parts that need corrosion protection.
High electrical conductivity: C3604 brass has high electrical conductivity, suitable for the manufacture of electrical connectors, plugs, sockets and other parts.
Low temperature: C3604 brass is not brittle at low temperature, suitable for manufacturing parts that need to work at low temperature.
